Hi everyone! Today I started my day listening at a webbinarium where the theme was self-coaching and stress management. And for those of you who speak swedish, you can click on the link below if you’re interested and want to check it out for yourself! You learn about the importance of you thoughts and how your body responds to them. Your body pick up on what you feel and think. If you’re constantly looking at what you can do better you focus your thoughts on the negative, which often makes you perform worse. If you, on the other hand focus your thoughts on what you did that was good you are going to get a whole other result with a more positive outcome!
That’s something I’m going to take with me and start focusing on myself!
